Seller OS: Multi-Tenant Operating System for Online Sellers

A multi-tenant SaaS for marketplace and D2C sellers — listings, orders, inventory, and ops workflows designed so each seller runs as an isolated tenant with shared product architecture.

This website was designed and shipped by Bharvi Parsaniya in a previous role, before Vyuha Systems. We present it as founder portfolio work — the process and standards are what Vyuha clients get today.

Challenge

The situation

Online sellers rarely lack tools — they lack a system. Listings live in one tab, orders in another, inventory in a spreadsheet, and 'how we do things' in someone's head. Agencies and multi-brand operators need tenant isolation without rebuilding the product for every seller.

Approach

The system we designed

  1. Modeled the seller as a tenant: catalogs, orders, inventory movements, and team roles scoped per organization with fail-closed access.

  2. Designed the core loop around work that already happens daily — list, fulfill, reconcile stock, escalate exceptions — before adding analytics or AI.

  3. Unified marketplace-shaped workflows into one operating language so teams stop inventing parallel processes per channel.

  4. Left room for AI assists on triage and repetitive reconciliation only after ownership and handoffs were clear.
