Merano International

Affordable luxury, run as a system.

Merano International is founded and operated by Manjeet Ahuja. We present it as founder work — a live business run on the same systems thinking Vyuha brings to clients.

01Brief

A trading operation is a systems problem

Merano International is a modern e-commerce trading agency based in Rajkot, Gujarat — sourcing manufacturer-quality home hardware and kitchen utilities, developing own brands, and distributing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. From the outside it can look like a website and a few marketplace listings. Inside, it is a coordination problem: every SKU has to survive sourcing, brand presentation, listing quality, inventory truth, and fulfilment without burning the margin that makes the model work.

That is why Merano is presented here as a business system — brand, website, and marketplace workflow designed to run together — not as a storefront skin.

02Operating model

Three pillars, clear handoffs

The operation is structured as three connected pillars: smart sourcing, brand development, and omnichannel distribution. Each handoff is intentional — so a new product line does not require reinventing the company.

Operating model — sourcing feeds brands; brands feed marketplace distribution.

03Brand

Affordable luxury, owned brands

Merano is positioned around affordable luxury delivered daily — practical value with premium presentation, not discount noise. Own brands StyleX and Nitara exist so the company owns customer trust instead of renting it from anonymous white-label resellers. When the brand is yours, listing quality, packaging, and after-sale experience compound instead of resetting with every supplier change.

  • Designed the operation before the storefront: sourcing, brand development, and distribution defined as three connected pillars with clear handoffs.
  • Built own brands — StyleX and Nitara — so the company owns customer trust instead of renting it from resellers.
  • Positioned the brand around 'affordable luxury, delivered daily' — practical value with premium presentation, not discount noise.
  • Shipped a lean marketing site that explains the operation to manufacturers and partners, with the marketplaces as the actual points of sale.

04Website

Partner credibility, not checkout

The marketing site explains the operation to manufacturers and partners. Marketplaces remain the points of sale. That means the website's job is clarity and trust — what Merano does, how products move, and why a supplier or collaborator should engage — not cart mechanics.

05Outcome

Lean systems, live brands

  • A three-pillar operating model — smart sourcing, brand development, omnichannel distribution — that scales without re-planning every launch.
  • Two own brands live across three major Indian marketplaces.
  • A clear partner-facing story: manufacturers see exactly how their products reach customers.
  • An operation the founder can run lean, with systems instead of headcount.

Outcomes describe a live founder venture — not third-party client metrics.
