From code to commerce
Manjeet's foundation is technical: a Computer Programming degree from Saurashtra University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Web Design & Development from Conestoga College, Canada, and 5+ years of WordPress and PHP development. At Mantra Technologies in Rajkot, he delivered 15+ commercial websites end-to-end — custom themes, plugins, technical SEO — across retail, healthcare, and e-commerce. Before that, he ran an independent freelance practice serving global clients on Fiverr.
The Canada years
Between 2022 and 2026, Manjeet worked customer-facing roles in North America's most KPI-driven environments — contact centers, fitness client success (where he held an 82% client retention rate, ~15 points above industry average), and regulated financial support. Most technologists never sit that close to the customer. It's why the systems he designs today start from how people actually behave, not how a flowchart says they should.
